Our hydroxyapatite is naturally derived from limestone deposits in France, and we choose to use micro-hydroxyapatite because it aligns with our commitment to naturally derived ingredients and a conservative approach to ingredient safety.

While some brands use nano-hydroxyapatite, there are ongoing scientific discussions about whether nanoparticles can behave differently in the body due to their extremely small size. Current research has not reached a clear consensus on these questions, but we believe more long-term research is needed. Until then, we choose to use micro-hydroxyapatite—a form that supports enamel remineralization while avoiding the uncertainties associated with nanoparticles.
